Fastest way to Peel a Potato - Seriously

Never in my life have I seen such a fast way to peel a potato.

This video is just over a minute long and you will be amazed. It's going to save me a TON of time.

    This is a really neat technique, especially if I'm making mashed potatoes. Can't wait to try it!

  9. interesting... but you have to boil them for 15min first? so boil, then ice...all to peel...all to boil again for mashed potatoes? this seems longer to me??? I don;t mind peeling potatoes...it's the peels that drive me crazy!

  10. I was wondering that too - do you boil until it is fully cooked? Once cooled to slip off the skins, I then have to reheat to mash etc...?
