interesting... but you have to boil them for 15min first? so boil, then ice...all to peel...all to boil again for mashed potatoes? this seems longer to me??? I don;t mind peeling potatoes...it's the peels that drive me crazy!

ReplyDeleteI was wondering that too - do you boil until it is fully cooked? Once cooled to slip off the skins, I then have to reheat to mash etc...?
