I came up with this woven Indian corn after seeing a photo of it. I did mine all in 1/4" flat space dyed reed and then added raffia for the husks. I didn't put a rim on the corn, The ends are just tucked to the inside.
Have a very blessed Sunday,
Nancy
That is so clever Nancy, at first glance I thought it was REAL corn!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to dress up my Thanksgiving table this year! I was thinking about weaving a cornucopia for the centerpiece. These ears of corn would look wonderful laying criss-cross on each side of the cornucopia. Thanks for the inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteOK. I really have to learn to dye my own reed. Your Indian corn is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing! I am in awe!
