For the main meal, I'm serving a smoked turkey and gravy, sweet potato casserole, cornbread stuffing, corn on the cob, collard greens (of course, I AM a southerner, and I love my greens!), fried green beans, jellied cranberry sauce, and cloverleaf rolls. For dessert, my Mom is making her awesome cheesecake, and I'm also serving a chocolate fondue for the chocoholics (like me) in the family. Whew! After looking at that list, I think I need to get started in the kitchen!

P.S. What are Texas Potatoes?

Best wishes,
JaniJanita R.
